It is helpful to have on hand a credit report. We would usually recommend obtaining a copy of your Experian or Equifax report. We are not worried with regards to the credit score, just your credit history. The reports can be obtained online using the following links:- Statutory Credit Report | Experian or Check your FREE* Equifax Credit Report & Score | V2 | Equifax UK
To obtain an Agreement in Principle (AIP), we have to have proof of identification, address and income on file.
